The Aftermath
Well, I have just returned back to Australia following my overseas trip. I wish I had sufficient internet connections and time to get online and do my usual posts but it could’nt be done. Having been exiled from all Australia news for the past week bar the result against Italy there isn’t really alot to [...]
Australia 0 Italy 1
Absolutely gutted.
Speechless.
Kewell Out!!
News just in… Hiddink has told SBS sport that Kewell has been ruled out for Australia’s match against Italy due to his groin injury.
The Wizard of Guus
Good article in The Age today about how the Italians have no idea who the Aussies are, but they respect the influence of Guus Hiddink enough to take us seriously.
Let’s hope his Midas Touch is good for another game against the Italians.
Line Up Against Italy
Australia coach Guus Hiddink has some selection issues to resolve before the Socceroos take the field against Italy on Sunday night in Kaiserslautern.

That Day in Stuttgart - the crowd
While Matt is soaking up some sun and enjoying the beaches in Thailand (until game-time at least), I thought I’d throw in my thoughts from the Croatia game from a fan perspective since I was lucky enough to be there.
The Roundup
Apologies for the lack of posts. I am currently in Phuket, Thailand at the moment and I have had trouble finding a decent internet connection. My posts will be brief as I don’t have the time to scour the net for articles and whatever else. There is a heap of places to watch the World [...]
