Zidane to play in Australia?

This is truly unbelievable. I know the man is retired, and had a tainted end to his career, but even now, just the thought of Zidane playing club football in Australia is beyond ludicrous. Apparently not. Zidane is believed to be in serious talks to play as a guest player for Sydney FC during its marquee fixture against LA Galaxy. At the moment, I’m not getting my hopes up too high. I’m overjoyed from the fact that he’s even considering it. If he does make it, the footballing world may well turn its attention to Sydney on November 27. Yes, Sydney, Australia, and I myself will be at the game! Its a once in a lifetime experience for us Australians to see two legends Beckham and Zidane, along with Juninho playing in our own backyard. Regardless of whether Zidane makes it, Beckham and Juninho will still be there. November 27 can’t come soon enough!
