Kennedy – The latest injured player
Every day now it seems as if we are losing a player with injury. By the time we get to Germany we could have no-one left. Touch wood. Josh Kennedy is the latest out with an injury and is possibly doubtful for World Cup action. This means that our potent attacking force has been withered down to Viduka and Thompson. It also means, that Guus is likely to be testing out different formations, with Viduka playing a lone role up front against Greece a very strong possibility.
With the World Cup just 16 days away, I am sure many Australian supporters are starting to wonder what the heck is going on with all the injuries, and who will we and won’t we have for the crucial game against Japan.
