How To Beat Chelsea

May 3rd, 2006 | By: Matt | 2 Comments »

Simple. Send a Blackburn side out on to the pitch with Lucas Neill as the captain. If only they had done it sooner then Chelsea might not have won the League so easily.

Early this morning (Aus time) Neill’s Blackburn beat Chelsea 1-0 in the EPL. He had a top game in defence for Blackburn, and earned himself a ‘Man of The Match’ accolade. Good on the lad.
As a result of the win, Blackburn are now playing European football next season.
Lets hope he can have these rock solid performances in Germany!

… Perhaps we should name him captain against Brazil ….

I think against Brazil, we will need all the help we can get. Maybe Lucas Neill will need to wear his lucky socks and jocks as well :P
