I’m not going to jump on the Hiddink bandwagon. The only thing i commend him for doing is to have the balls to throw caution to the wind and dare to do what was necessary to get the win.
Against a better team, his gamble could have cause a the goals against to start piling up. He was lucky Japan were so soft.

ricardo i think you dont know what you are talking about. why dont you just go write your love poems in the netherlands blog. where you dream of you and robben diving at every opportunity. and cry at every tackle you encounter.

Hmm.. One thing I gotta say is that having Hiddink at the helm can work wonders on a team. Seems to have a strong psychological effect. With such a dramatic win under their belts puffing them up, who knows what the Aussies will pull this time around? Will be watching closely. I love a Cinderella story.

I am outraged that the Brazilians are wearing their collors at the game against Australia…since the colors of yellow and green represent the Aussies as well….why was there not a compromise made…yellow shirts for the brazilians and Green shirts for the Socceroos…I think the psychological impediment, of not being worthy to wear THEIR own colors, to the Aussies is not being considered. Who has final say over this issue.
